Yuguzzz your such a fag. You wouldn’t last one second in the ring with that guy. He would tear you a new ass

johnblaster April 8, 2010 at 22:04

If you cross your ankles during an armbar you actually give your opponent more space to work with.

Gijops April 8, 2010 at 22:24

Looks like he’s finding ways of making him touch his balls..

I prefer to cross my ankles when I do it in case they know the escape to it. Which is throwing the legs off or sitting up.

StraightUppJeff April 9, 2010 at 00:12

yeah but i would just recommend tightening your grip between your legs and his arm and instead of doing a hook on his arm like your trying to omoplata, use your legs to thrust your hips up and that will create maximum leverage for your arm bar

Budah1214 April 9, 2010 at 00:26

Can you cross your legs during the arm bar?

ItsCambria April 9, 2010 at 01:10

i like you videos they are very easy to understand

ReturnPro April 9, 2010 at 03:00

The arm is placed almost on your thigh so that when you push your hips up you have a fulcrum to push force down up. I had a hard time with that when I was first learning, and I was putting it in my crouch and racking myself constantly.

Experience: 2 Year Gracie Jujitsu, 1 year Aiki Jujitsu.

srt4life20 April 9, 2010 at 03:12

StealthyEnema April 9, 2010 at 03:24
