This is good I’m a right handed and your a left handed I guess. Watching you is like looking at the mirror. so, while punching your left I’m punching my right.

Beer that is…

morbidchylde May 4, 2010 at 16:51

It has no fat but it has calories which can increase fat gain. Also, alcohol of any kind lowers testosterone and raises estrogen levels, leading to manboobs and “beer gut”.

Cause if you eat fat you get fat. And if you eat protein you get strong. Those are the only two things that food and drink are made of. Don’t you know that? Jeez.

Why is it that every fat ass on youtube wants to give out boxing advice. This guy looks like 200lbs of chewed up bubble gum. He isnt a boxer. Give me a break.

ablevins91 May 4, 2010 at 18:42

kid…ur so ignorant…u cant get a “beer” gut from drinking beer…cause it has no fat…stupid

adzest1986 May 4, 2010 at 19:08

Im not feeling this tbh.

Im a right handed fighter and you always plant ur front foot before the jab. theres no power or balance if you throw while stepping in? I was taught if you move forward, back or side to side you step in the direction your moving and slide the other foot in and always plant your feet so the power comes from the right leg for the relevent punch.

Not sayin your wrong thats just how i learnt it.

i think you are wrong mate..

i think you need step in first then punching..

just my opinion

johnnyfromda805 May 4, 2010 at 21:38

Are you drinking water between rounds or beer cause that gut of yours is huge.
