@leyeen plyometrics is all about agility and movement
isn’t pylometric for your vertical leap to do dunks?
@shankthatup I’m pretty sure it is Hatton. The guy giving the tutorial after all is Justin Fortune. Legendary boxing trainer so I’m sure Hatton would have trained with him before.
I love how people say people in boxing will get owned in MMA, that is somewhat true, BUT most people arent MMA fighters, so in a street fight, boxing is probably most appropriate, since the average person doesnt really know wth to do in a mount or gaurd anyway
@mrKANYEwes
It’s never too late.
I started boxing at 14 I got really good at it, then I met a girl knocked her up had a daughter at 17 dropped out of high school, stopped boxing, gained 60+ lbs 210 lbs.
And now I’m going back to training, there’s a saying. “The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.”
@GuitarEffects
You’re explosively pushing against your body weight, it’s almost like resistance training but more efficient and harder.
@jabzxzxz
Sanshou is a boxing/judo/kicking combination. The thing that makes it so fucking awesome is the judo which is VERY efficient in street fights dude. But it’s also very efficient against your Muay Thai guys.
@adxgr0undzer0 lol i know right, i dont know sanshou tho thanks for the heads up ill check it out

Sanshou > Muay Thai EASY.
If you take Muay Thai you must be a dumbie.
@SomeMartialArtsGuy well said
