I just watched the Sylvia interview and then this one where the subject of unions arose…Frank Shamrock talked about this same issue before his fight with Cung Le and raised the issue about it possibly being a breach of trust vis a vis the US govs laws on monopolies. The UFC controlling who gets title shots (their fighters can’t fight for another org’s title) is like MLB/others before free agency. Sure salaries are excessive, but the owners can’t own/rip off athletes like they used to do
