@Sheikkailija not once did you mention that you could beat this guy, and its because you know you cant if you could then you’d be in ufc right now getting lots of money, which totally kills your whole arguement, saying how bad his workout is, yet yo ucant beat him up if you could go ahead i watch ufc often and definelty will see you there, come on, you’d be getting paid to beat him up, arnt you gonna do it?

@Sheikkailija-thats a dumb myth which people keep saying, yes bruce was fast and skillful, but this guy is a ufc fighter, skill is the number 1 priority, they dont just get 250lb guys to fight with no skill what so ever. Look at it this way bruce lee still has his skill and power gains alf his body weight and loses only 20%speed, he’s obviously gonna be still very good , thats what ufc is about muscly guys. And his training was a bit stupid since he over did it and died because of it.

I hope they dont do these exercices for more than 2 months max because if so, then they arnt going to progress and how the f*ck are you meant to go through a 5 mi nufc round if you are tired after a 5 min training?????? you’re supposed to make your training harder than the match.

U wanna be a good fighter ? Ok. Do isometrics ALOT. Basic weight training focusing mainly on your tricep,lats, deltoideus, quardicep, hips and STOMACH. Thats it. And learn to fucking use your hips. 90% of the guys i see in UFC has 0 idea how to use their hips and get real explosive power and speed. Then do explosive training with real attitude and be aware so u wont pump blood to your muscles and make them much bigger. And finally. Stretch good, yoga, tai chi and HARD BODY TRAIINING!!!!!!! Peace

Lol. Almost totally wrong things to do if u wanna kick, punch hard and also take punches and kicks. This is far from the thing u wanna do if u wanna be a good fighter. These guys are clowns and very un-professional. Almost 0 understanding on human anatomy. U see how big he is ? U saw when he punched the bag ? FUCKING PATHETIC. Im 60 kg and i punch at least 10 times harder and at least 50 times faster and with real fucking attitude. This is pathetic. Bruce Lee would turn in his grave… RIP BRUCE

This training is good but he need basic things too like normal running for stamina training, normal push ups with front grip. He is still a little to slow but he is a great fighter his physic is realy outragous.
