With a 30-1 record, he has beaten fighters of every size, including the 7’2″ Hong Man Choi and 6’8″ former UFC champion Tim Sylvia. In January, he knocked out another former UFC champion, Andrei Arlovski, in the first round. In fact, he hasn’t had a fight get past the first round since a win over Mark Coleman in 2006, which lasted until the second round. Emelianenko’s biggest obstacle in beating Lesnar isn’t in the cage, it’s actually getting him in the cage. He is signed with rival promotion Affliction for a fight with Josh Barnett in August. stylistically Brock matches well against Fedor. Mark Coleman in 2004 came the closest to beating Fedor. He took fedor down at will and used good wrestling, but eventually he was submitted. Keep in mind Fedor was a much better fighter in 2004 than he is today. Brock’s wrestling is superior to Mark Coleman, and add his superhuman strength, he has all the tools to match up. I’m not saying that Brock can beat Fedor but he stylistically has better chance than any other mofo in strikeforce.
the ufc can dish out someone better then lesner to fight fedor……like wanderlie silva, now that would be a good one……

What top competition does Lesnar fight???? So far only Mir and then its a 1-1 record! People go on about Fedor not fighting top fighters…. who the hell has Cain, Carwin, JdS or Lesnar fought?? Not to say they aren’t great fighters, but so far they have all been beating down on tier 2 guys!! Who the hell has Cain or JdS beaten that is a top ten fighter?? Mir is the only guy in the UFC with multiple top level wins. Carwin is world no.2 in my opinion but his record isn’t full of top fights.

Here’s probably what will happen. Lesnar will beat Fedor to a bloody pulp. Everyone will think Fedor’s going to die. Then for no reason and out of nowhere, Fedor will win. Fedor will walk off without emotion with his right arm raised and Lesnar will jump up and down like a sobbing monkey.
