Can kids compete in boxing events?

And if so are there any tournaments for kids 12-16? if there are then are there any in West Virginia or Virginia?

Go to your nearest Boys club of America. Check online for their site. They specialize in that age group

YA I LIVE IN PENNSILVANIA AND THERE ARE LOYTS OF TOURNAMANTS HERE IN MY TOWN
