I am fighting MMA and I was wondering if anyone knew any tips or strength training routines. I am looking, basically, for anything that might help. Website links are good, too.

step one: find a gym that fits what you want.
step two : ask the coach how he wants you to train
step three: listen to the coach
if this coach is not getting you what you feel you need start back at step one
I found the best training is TRX & working fast twitch muscles. Your daily intake of supplents, vitamins, protien and diet plays a huge roll in your success as well. Below are links you may want to check out. Best fighting advice tuck your chin, leg check, and work your jab. Good Luck
