This is a nice, balanced wrap, similar to the one that I usually use but much faster to wrap. Thank you for sharing.

i got the same, shit wrists i guess, punching wrong or too hard without wraps or warming up and it sucks.

So if I wrap my hands like this, it will lessen/remove the pain in my wrists, which I sometimes get when punching a bag?

how long are those wraps??? i just got into this with a pair of 108 inch wraps and i run out of cloth half way through the video… im guessin with my larger hands i should have bought longer wraps… i guess ill have to cut out an x until i can get longer wraps… but if anyone knows how long those are just reply and let me know…
