No he is not. Pacquiao is waiting for his contract to expire with Bob Arum sometime in 2012. Why would he want to miss out on all of those millions? In addition, Freddie Roach wants Floyd to test but doesn’t want to allow Pacquiao to test. Freddie said that HGH is undetectable so if it is then why test to begin with? He doesn’t want to look like a hypocrite is why. Mayweather isn’t ducking.

@boxinggreatness thats true but the mental state of a person is probably the biggest asset to a fighter. a fight as big as manny and floyd. both have to be 100% if not more. Offence vs defense. its something out of a movie. if manny if slightly under the weather, mayweather will take over

Like famous people have to watch what they say and how they act in public because of their image, Manny has moved up in weight devastatingly and should expect he is treated differently. He takes the test, he’s clean and then beats Mayweather, now that is a great story and legacy!
@boxinggreatness true so would i. manny said that after taking needles and stuff he doesnt feel 100% for a few days. even if its been proven that needles dont effect the physical state of a person. they do sometimes have an effect on a persons mental state

Why didnt Pac take the test? Its weird how he’s moved up 8 divisions and got faster and stronger, if that were me I would do anything I could to show I was clean so it was clear that I was the best. Pac is at his peak, Floyd isn’t, Manny should beat him but at least take the test. Floyd was the best of the last era, Manny this era, Manny couldnt touch floyd 8 years back and now I think Manny would beat Floyd..oh and Ortiz has no chance!

All fighters need to protect themselves. Some fighters ask for catch weights other for drug test. I see this if you have a fighter hitting guys 15 to 25 pounds heavier and braking their faces with power..then you have to protect your self. Make sure everyone is fair.
