If you are near Houston, George Foreman has a gym that trains all types of fighters. Mostly boxing, but they do also have MMA trainers.
You just need to find some guys that you can roll around with and put your legs around. Then implement the ground and pound.
Find a amateur league and go rumble with some no name. First time ya get hit may change your mind, broken nose that your have to continue to fight 10 minute or more on isn’t fun. In Ohio there is “Ohio Fight Fest” Also Rich Franklin’s camp is in cincy
all depends on where you live there are gyms all over the country do a search for la boxing in your area if nothing else. they have professional trainers for boxing kick boxing muay thai jujitsu etc. much cheaper than most gyms
