You need to train alot and it should be in a good core martial art. Most MMA fighters excellent or champion level in one of the 3 categories: Wrestling, BJJ, Muay Thai

Basically, you need to become outstanding at one of those martial arts. If you are still in school, join wrestling, then try to get into college and win some matches. At the same time, take BJJ and Muay thai separately and try to think about how to incorporate them into your overall fighting style.

If all you can find is a McDojo with little or no contact sparring, and you cannot take wrestling, the only thing you can do is move to where you can find the training. Sacrifice is needed to make your dreams come true. Even then you might also need bountiful natural talent as well. Have you been in fights? Have you won most of them?

Good luck

Yeah dude you need to find all this out yourself, how much it costs etc… A good gym would cost quite a bit and if you train there, your instructor will organise a fight for you in a tournamet or some other amateur competition. And from there if you are good enough you’ll be asked to fight someone for money then for trophies and the you never know, meby a ufc title! So all i can say to you is to get to a mma gym and find out for yourself. Good luck bro. Hope your dream comes true!

i would suggest going to a martial arts gym first…becomming a pro at either muey thai, bjj, or kick boxing and wrestling… then after you perfect one of those then take it to the mma game and go to train in mma… but perfecting of those arts is key… theres also things you have to perfect other then basic martial arts…. such as cadio, stamina, strength, and heart and the mind set of a samerie… you gotta have all that.. if your afraide of bleeding getting hurt, punched kicked or even koed your in the wronge place my man…
