you have to fill out an application and take a drug test.. then see if you get hired
seriously…theres a ton of guys whove asked this question every wk and the answer is simple.. Train at an academy, get a fight at a small event, work those for a while untill you get a manager to help you get notcied by the big organizations.
1.Train
2. Be well rounded
3. Search in the internet
4. Find out
First, take a striking art and grappling art and get black belts in both. Then, you can probably contact UFC or similar organizations and get a shot at fights. Also recommend Judo for throwing.
The UFC is an MMA organization. All UFC fighters are MMA fighters.
Find an MMA gym. The good ones should be run by a BJJ or Judo black belt or a state-champion wrestler, and a seperate coach for boxing or kickboxing/Muay Thai who also has years of experience. Depending upon any previous experience you have, it should take you a minimum of six months to be ready for your first MMA match. It also wouldn’t hurt to get some experience in grappling- and striking-only competitions.
Your coaches will be able to get you fights. If you’re good enough, the UFC and other big-name organizations will come asking for you.
