Different fighters have different nutrionists.

Basics, though: Avoid fried foods, as well as most other high-fat foods. A bit now and then won’t hurt, but eat far less than you do now.

Consume a lot of fruits and vegetables. This is basic health as much as anything else.

Eat complex carbohydrates, especially before activity/exercise. They provide energy.

Eat protein- lean meats (fish, poultry), beans, lentils.

If you want to fight at a more natural weight you won’t eat too much amino acids or proteins because you don’t want to gain too much muscle. Stay away from fatty foods because the extra calories are hard to get rid of. After you work out and your taking a break eat your veggies and fruits so the fiber and antioxidants can be digested quicker. Studies show this helps with workouts later and are over all good for health. Don’t eat directly before training because it will make you nauseas and doesn’t help. Drink plenty of water sometimes with electrodes for hydration and drink a lot. After a heavy work out eat some potassium, it is proven that it is better to do this after a hard exercise sessions. Get a nutritionist to help you with how much of each vitamins and minerals you will need for your amount of exercise
and body type. Hope I helped.
