How do I keep the “save picture box” as normal size rather than full screen?

Issue by Danny S: How do I retain the “help save photograph box” as typical size rather than complete screen?

When I save a photo employing Web Explorer, the “conserve photograph” box is now entire display screen rather than just the typical measurement. I do not know why its like that now and I can not determine out how to get it back to standard dimensions. Can anybody help me? Thank you.

Ambigu click the preserve image box!
