He was selected to be a part of UFC 5.
He lost his first fight on the TV show, and then somehow managed to beat out 3 other guys to be brought back.
Then he lost a second time, and managed to somehow land a spot on the under card of the finale.
Then he got totally smashed / slammed and tapped out, only to somehow receive the gift of a no contest decision.
It is obvious that he’s not a very good fighter, and yet he continues get inside breaks from the UFC. Obviously he provides some level of service, the question is can he really be THAT good?

well he lost two times on the show so u tell me.
I was not impressed with any of his game, less than average striking, average ground game, very mediocre fighter shouldn’t be in the UFC, the WEC guys would probably embarrass him.
From what we have seen he is not to good really compared to other people, could of been a better fight maybe if it was Hill vs grey instead would of liked to see that more.
Just a side note I read once that Jens( I think it was) and Emerson fought each other in wrestling
Does he have a future in the UFC? I do doubt it really unless he improves alot, he just seems to get out matched very easily
