I Want My Free Ufc

Two titles. One night. The Ultimate Fighting Championship travels en route to Abu Dhabi for the first time, where 2 belts are resting on the line up plus 2 legends get together for the initial time.

Matt Hughes against. Renzo Gracie

These 2 legends in Mixed martial arts will meet up for the first time within this welterweight matchup: Hughes, the ex- welterweight title holder, is coming off a decision victory over Matt Serra on UFC 98. The upcoming hall of famer has gone 2-2 in his last four bouts, losing three consecutive en route to Georges St. Pierre and Thiago Alves, in that order. Renzo, who hasn’t fought ever since 2007, is riding a three fight victory streak over Frank Shamrock, Pat Miletich, and Carlos Newton. The Brazilian will be making his initial appearance in the Octagon, and will mark the return of the legendary Gracie family. I myself don’t believe that the Gracie surname will be able en route to help Renzo defeat Matt Hughes as he has been one of the most dominant mma fighters of the decade and is objectively the toughest fighter within the division.

Winner = Matt Hughes

BJ Penn vs. Frankie Edgar

After BJ Penn’s dismantling of Diego Sanchez on UFC 107, numerous people questioned aloud which UFC lightweight would obtain the next title shot. Scores of people thought it would be Gray Maynard, fresh off of his win over Nate Diaz. Numerous people thought wrong. on one hand, it truly is hard toward argue with Edgar’s merit as a contender, because he’s posted wins on top of Sean Sherk, Tyson Griffin, Hermes Franca and Jim Miller during his Mixed martial arts career. on the other hand, Edgar’s one loss came on the hands of Maynard. Hence I’m guessing Maynard is not in reality happy about losing out lying on this one. Regardless, here’s the question: Can anyone in the lightweight division- Edgar, Maynard, or otherwise-give Penn a run for his money? I don’t think so, within my opinion I feel Frankie will most likely get destroyed by BJ. Probably within the initial round.

Winner = BJ Penn

Anderson Silva v. Demian Maia

If you were like me, you were probably pretty pissed when you heard Vitor would not be able en route to fight Spider because of his shoulder injury. That matchup was great plus probably would have been the closest thing to competition spider has faced since stepping foot into the octagon. This fight though is kind of disappointing… ya sure Demian is a hell of a fighter plus one of the top contenders within the middleweight division but spider OWNS the division. Silva is pound for pound the best warrior within the world and in my opinion possibly the greatest mma fighter of all time. His dominance even surpasses that of BJ’s in the lightweight division plus St. Pierre’s within Welterweight. as long because Silva stays within this division I don’t think he has a chance of being beaten, he is just too unstoppable plus he had destroyed some of the best warrior within the world. Look at his utter destruction of fighters such seeing that Forrest Griffin, Dan Henderson, Rich Franklin, Chris Leben, etc. WTF makes you think he won’t do that en route to Demian Maia who is not close toward being as good seeing that those fighters? This is by far one of the easiest fights I have ever predicted, but hell it would be with almost any contender challenging Spider.

Winner = Spider Silva
