Coach Philly ~
I don’t think that there is such an agency. In my opinion here’s what you should do, I’m assuming that you’re from the city of “Brotherly Love”? If so and even if not the Trades Unions are always willing to help get kids off the street go to the Carpenters, Electricians, Plumbers, Cement Finishers, and Brick Layers Halls and tell them what your plan is and I’m sure they’ll cut you a check. Is the Community Youth Program at Not for Profit (501C3) if so that will be even more of a reason that they would help TAX RIGHT OFF. If not that’s okay I’m pretty sure the good press will do them good. I believe that the Concrete Finishers B.A. in Philadelphia name is Mike and a huge boxing fan, as a matter of fact he works out at Joe Hands Gym. There’s always local businesses you could go to and tell them what your plan is and they to would be happy to help. Do they want the kids hanging out in front of their stores? Good luck Coach Philly I hope that everything works out for you.
Sand bag for punching and a lot of moral support

if you live in a big city you can probably find a small gym that will sponsor a youth boxing team under certain circumstances.
no
You know that you have a good question and a good hart to do this for kids, that is great. Only thing I can thank of is try asking your locale second hand me down stores.
Go find a lion/lioness program in your area nad explain your situation and they may help you out. Most likely they will since it’s for a good cause.
