do not like the way shes cutting fruit, never wedge out the core of a pineapple you could really hurt yourself. instead cut it into long quarters and cut out the core when its flat not round cause you are far less likely to cut yourself. drink was great though

A real piña colada is made with Pineapple juice, COCO LOPEZ and Puerto Rican rum! Any other thing in the drink spoils it. 2 parts Pineapple one part Coco Lopez (rum ..up to your taste or tolerance) Can go to “mixologist”, or ask me…Moncho @ the Caribe HIlton was the bartender who invented it. I was a VP for ILF company who canned the juice and coconut cream.

I’m in the Caribbean now and they make there pina coladas with cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and add rum…then blend. It taste really good. Is there a correct way on how to make these?
