Klamath man jailed after friend murdered
Mixed-martial arts fighter is the suspect A mixed-martial arts fighter was arrested on suspicion of murder Sunday morning at his residence on Fizer Road in Klamath. Jarrod G. Wyatt, 26, was booked into the Del Norte County Jail without bail on Sunday on suspicion of killing 21-year-old Crescent City resident Taylor Powell, whom officials have characterized as one of the suspect’s friends.
