Little did Brendan Seguin know, when he was battling on the mats for the Hazel Park High School wrestling team, that years later he’d be still using some of those skills.

Langford axes community safety program
Langford’s celebrated community safety program has been shut down, the Gazette has learned. Langford community safety officers Wayne Brown and Phil Williams were laid off Thursday and the program that saw the officers doing evening bike patrols has ended, at least in its current form.
