Wow. I thought there actually was something useful here. Didn’t find anything I didn’t already know. Seriously, these are great no matter what you’re doing unless you’re training specific muscles for something like bench press. This is the best for staying fit, and the best for almost everything. You learn this at school… well, at least I did.
