MMA workout. Need help making one?

Okay I am a 15 year old boy that weighs 115 or so pounds. I am going to start mma soon and I want to be in good shape before I start. I want to make my own workout routine but I don’t know how since I am still learning. So could anyone please help me by telling me the things I should have in my workout or by telling me how to make one. If you are in mma or UFC then could u tell me your workout so I could have an example. Thank you for your help.

Well start with your stand up

Stretch 5 minutes
Jog 20 minutes
30 push ups
5×30 sets of sit ups
30 push ups
5×20 pull ups
30 push ups
heavy bag work for 20 minutes
30 pushups
speed bag 15 minutes
30 push ups
shadow box with 2-3 pound weights for five 5 minute rounds
cool off with another 10 minute jog
spar with a friend and work on your ground game.
