I beat carrier mode so I go online now and see these other people who have beaten it but have all their skills at 115.Did the use a glitch or somthing?

No you cant level him up. He is done. They probably used a glitch, but I dont know what that is!
no you cant but there is a create a fighter glitch that u can have a overall 119 i no how to do it but thq is making a patch so those glitched fighters are not usable.
