Awesome can’t wait to put this workout with my routine today thanks for uploading this and thanks to Randy for this mma grappling training!

Tynan35 May 17, 2010 at 22:12

yeah muscular endurance is always harder than it looks…it takes heart, not strength cause you can always keep goin to the end if the weight is right. Try this workout if you’re getting in shape for MMA:
1) Squat Jumps-1 minute (as many as possible)
2) 45 lb (bar) upright rows-1 minute
3) 45 lb military press-1 minute
4) 2 ft. Box jumps-1 minute
5) seated rows 1 minute.
1 minute rest
x 5 rounds…this will kill you

aznbigboyjo3 May 18, 2010 at 05:22

this workout is tough I only used the bar that weigh about 45 pounds and man is it tough especially getting to the 6th set

mronetwo3 May 18, 2010 at 06:11

DANIAC262 May 18, 2010 at 07:06

@nchiplin look like 25s to me

nchiplin May 18, 2010 at 07:43

@DANIAC262 Nah man they’re rubber 35′s. Look how tall and thick they are. 25′s aren’t that big man. I’d imagine doing a plate a side would be suffice for starting.
