when Rampage won the champion vs champion match against Dan Henderson, did the belts get unified and now its just the UFC light heavyweight title. is there no more Pride FC light heavyweight title. Did Dan Henderson have to give up the Pride belt. What happened to the Pride belt.

I’m sure they let Dan keep the belt. PRIDE is no more.
Pride was purchased by the Zuffa company, the parent company of the UFC, which I think really sucks because now there is no competition for UFC to compete against and it pretty much enables them to corner the MMA action at this point which in turn allows for screw jobs like the one Matt Hamill suffered last night.
Until they fight under the Pride FC name and rules that org is dead. It was not a unification bout it was just champion vs. champion. Basically, for now Pride is out of business. Yes, Zuffa has purchased the rights to use the brand and everything connected to it but this seems more like a merger then anything else so until I see a ring, a 10 minute round, and everything else that was Pride I do not consider the org anymore. There are no belts to exchange hands, no more champions, no more anything Pride.
The PRIDE 205 pound title is no more. It was unified with the UFC championship and the unified title is called the UFC Championship.
correct just the ufc title now pride has come and gone now the ufc belt is the only top teir belt.
