A fun Punch Drumming mix on the song “I will follow him”, about my journey following the speed bag. It has led me to many exciting events in life, from attending large and small sporting goods shows, Boxing events, the 1996 Olympics, to a recording session with BlueMan Group, having articles in Black Belt Magazine and Martial Arts Training magazine, publishing my book and video program “The Speed Bag Bible” and meeting many great people along the way.
