I’m a beginner boxer, having said that my opinion might not be valid for those interested in this DVD. Any way to the point, the show is too short, i was expecting at least an hour of quality sport documentary. I think it lasted like 20minutes, 5 minutes off dedicated to promote how good Title products are, its an advertisement thats what it is.

Complains aside, i think there was a technique or two which i managed to pick up. The rest for me as a beginner are either pretty dangerous or tough to apply. Like spinning your head under a jab is pretty risky thing to do, because your eye sight is out of the range of your opponent and your brain is probably is jumbled up. By the time you spin your head back into prospective, you would probably be in the perfect time to receive a blow from your opponent for an instant KO.

I’m not saying don’t buy it, I’m saying if you recognize a better show go for that instead of this DVD.
