Nope but that was the final straw for him to be cut. He is 0-4 in his past 4 bouts, you normally get cut from the UFC after 2 loses unless you are Wanderlei or Chuck Liddel.

It’s probably towards the end of his workout. Helps builds up muscle endurance and what he is doing is called volume. He is pumping blood into the muscles. By doing this you are stretching the muscle which intern is expanding the fascia. Fascia is what holds the muscles in place. Expanding the fascia gives the muscle more room to grow.

dude fedor trains like a pro and all GOOD mma fighters train that way like a pro do fedors doesn’t train differently … he uses the same muscle groups with the same mechanisms and probably what is different about fedor is that he based a little just a little more on explosiveness … but that is because of his natural structure as a fighter… ussually fighters train the same way but they emphasize a bit more on the natural capabilities they have

“strength is not everything” but skill is nothing if you aren’t conditioned enough to use it. Btw most fights between MMA fighters and Kung Fu practitioners on Youtube end with the Kung Fu guy’s losing horribly. Just saying.
