An arm break on the other hand, the pain never kicked in as the Adrenaline is pumping as your fighting, but when the round ends, you start to cool down, and I’m so sure that if it wasn’t him, his trainer would of called the fight off, arm breaks are not nice.

@UKNMajor yeah, thats what they do. For example, many fighters who get caught in a rear naked choke may not tap beacause they have too much pride, also, they know theres a huge possibility of injury, or even death, because accidents happen, they know this, they except this, fighting with injuries is no different, did you see Rich Franklin quit right after he knew his arm was broken? No, like i said, he would fight to the end. PS: even a compound arm fracture would not end a fighters career.

Only kidding dude chill.To answer your question i dont think it was his gameplan or his heart that won the fight it was pat Barry’s stupidity for showing mirko too much respect.He dropped him 3 times and could have finished the fight each time but he let mirko get back up to his feet.Barry had the better game plan but wouldnt finish and mirko finsihed at his first opportunity

@Jericobra Plus you have to take in it was Liddells force from his swing added most of the knock out power to the punch..You can’t expect any fighter who had not fought in months to come back without ring rust…it was supposed to be a come back fight..not a comeback win…Id Dana white would of gave chuck time to get back in..he would of been back at the top no problem
