UFC Champion, Frank Mir is Unlimited – US

On September 17th, 2004, UFC Heavyweight Champion Frank Mir was severely injured in a motorcycle accident. He broke his femur in two places and tore all the ligaments in his knee. His championship title was stripped and his career came to a screeching halt. The doctors said he would never fight again. But now he’s back.

Yea Mir did get knocked out at UFC 100. He was actually knocked out twice..Brock woke him back up the first time, then Mir was holding on to his head and suddenly stoped moving when the ref stopped the fight. Notice that ref Herb Dean went to wake up Mir, thats how Mir was able to get up quick.
