Can anyone tell me who were the two fighters that I’ve seen in a UFC video where they just stand up and beat each other in the face for about 2 minutes straight until the ref calls it? One fighter is a big Asian and the other is a white guy with a mustache. It’s the funniest video that I’ve ever seen but now I can’t find it because I don’t know who the people are.

It wasn’t in the UFC. It was in another MMA organization, Pride FC, which was actually considered the #1 MMA company from about 2000-2005 or so. Yes, bigger and better than the UFC.
The fight was Don “The Predator” Frye vs. Yoshihiro Takayama. Frye won some early UFC events back when they were still a tournament format, and was one of the first truly well-rounded fighters, combining high-level Greco-Roman wrestling, a black belt in Judo, and pro boxing experience. He’s revered in the MMA world for his overall manliness. Tough as nails. Takayama had a background in shoot-style pro wrestling, but never went anywhere in MMA.
