not much especially now that Dana White owns them both now, the rules are a little different.

In Pride, you can kick an opponent that’s on the ground.

Pride fights are in a traditional ring, UFC in an octagon.

They’re basically just two different Mixed Martial Arts(MMA) leagues so to say. Different rules and different fighters, but now Zuffa, the company that owns the UFC, has bought PRIDE so it’s all under the same organization now which is why you haven’t heard much from PRIDE lately.

UFC=cage, 5 minute rounds, elbows, no knees on the ground, no kicking downed opponents, best mma fighters in the world
Pride=ring, 10 minute first round then 5 minute rounds after, no elbows, but you can knee people on the ground and kick them, you can also where a Gi or other martial art outfits where as you cannot in the UFC, best MMA fighters in the world Pride is a little bit more of a show with fireworks and dancers, and some other things where as UFC is more about just the fighting, but they are both the best MMA orgs in the world.
