Im 6’2

Im going to start going to the gym, run alot now
Im not ripped but am strong
When i get angry, makes me wanna beat someone up, so aggressive
I flinch alot, but hopefully training will eliminate that

uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I can say with out a shodow of a doubt that you belong in kung fu………CHINESE BOXIN
there is no single mma style. MMA is Mixed Martial Arts. MMA training consists of striking, wrestling, and ground fighting.
The best thing to do is visit some local dojo’s in your area and sit in on some sessions. Get a feel for the style and the instruction. You are at a great age to begin training in the martial arts. Good luck.
you’ll probably be a big guy after you train a lot so u wanna have a striking art. muay Thai in my opinion is the best. (also known as Thai boxing)
there is no such thing as a style in mma. you should probably bulk up because 6’2″ is not all that big so i am doubtful on your actual strength so you should probably bulk up. as an example i am ripped and I weigh 200lbs at 6’1″
control the anger it doesn’t help it only hinders in the ring. anger only works in street fighting.
If it isn’t gamma ray style then anger isn’t going to help in any style.
Concentrate on a style that is available in your town. You need to train at least 3 times a week.
any martial art…
