I’m looking for a website that lays out information not dedicated to body building and is more MMA specific. I’m training for my next fight and want to start a safe supplementation program.

I’m in a Taekwondo/ kickboxing class, and I take protein and a multivitamin after my workout. You should consult a doctor, or a professional supplement specialist.
If you are looking for a website related to fighters and industry information such as supplements, I would check out http://www.mmarecruiter.com
The site is dedicated to amateur and pro fighters. Ask some of them what kind of supplements they are taking for their training.
I wouldn’t rely off advertisements in magazines and on tv. It doesn’t mean the supplements are good when advertised on these platforms, just that they have a lot of marketing dollars.
Ignore those sites that tell you what bodybuilding crap to take (BSN, Xyence, etc.) and head over to http://www.bjjsupplements.com. They are the hands-down best place to go to find information on supplements specific to MMA….not crap intended for meat head, mirror-posing bodybuilders.
