It’s a fact when sometimes in a Boxers life when Boxers come out of retirement and compete a couple of fights like Gorge Foreman. I will say Oscar will come out of retirement and fight Manny once more to regain his dignity and then retire with pride. That’s a true Champion!

- Mr. Martin and the Mourner’s Bench It was a mechanics bench – until yesterday. Then the mechanic left. Today, Mr. Martin is mourning at that empty bench. Because Mr. Martin’s car needs a new bearing. And a mechanic to install it. Neither are available. So Mr. Martin will simply have to arrange for other transportation. If he can. We’re all close to Mr. Martin’s mournful state, with our cars’ averaging 7 1/2 years of age. With 47 out of every 100 mechanics gone to war – and car replacement parts difficult or impossible to get – we’re in danger. In fact, a crisis in national transportation is close. Fortunately, we have two champions to help us fight our battle. Champion number one is the service station man, skilled at nipping trouble in the bud, at beating off wear with his grease gun. Champion number two: world-beating American lubricants. Such as Veedol Motor Oil – pride of the 100% Pennsylvania crudes. And the five never-failing Veedol chassis lubricants. ….. 1945 Veedol Motor Oil War Bond Ad, A5781. 19450618

Bxers come out of retirement when they get an opponent they’v ealways wanted to fight or for huge paydays. De La Hoya loves big Pay Days. A Floyd Mayweather vs. Oscar De La Hoya rematch would lure Oscar out of retirement.
No because he is too old and wouldn`t last long.
no, real men like oscar and lewis are true to their word
unlike that girl above me favorite boxer, mayweather

it’s unlikely, but if he does, he will fail.
i wish him all the very best in his retirement.
No, Oscar is too smart to come out and get beat up like the last time. He understands there are correlations between boxing and aging.
Financially Oscar is secured for the rest of his life.
Mr. Foreman came out of retirement to fight because of financial reasons not because he loved the sport.
No, he won’t, and if he does, he’s foolish. He doesn’t have the skill anymore.
He’s better off being a promoter at Golden Boy
