Will yoga help me to be able to kick high for MMA fighting?

Im thinkin that yoga would help me to be flexible enough to get my leg high enough in the air i can kick w/o losing my balence…can it?..is there any suggestion to what i can do to be able to kick that high?

Yes. Yoga is perfect for flexibility which will help you land those Cro Cop-Esque Head Kicks

Wow finally someone who thinks outside the box. Yes yoga will definately help u with balance, flexibilty, and breathing. It wont happen overnite but it definately will happen. Over time ull notice alot of benifits from the yoga not just the chicks in ur class. Good luck

you really need to become aware of the sitaucion. Taekwondo and karate will allow you this for a reason. If you want to break pelvis muscles go into yoga

Taekwondo is perfect for that. It’s mainly about kicking.
