would it be hard to start mixed martial arts at 15?

by MasterBlaster on May 25, 2010

Cause I know that people start at a young age and Im barely starting…
I work out on my own jogging 4 miles a day at the gym and do weights
Would it still be difficult for me?

I have never done any Martial arts before

no it’s actually about the right age to start. find a mixed martial arts gym and start training.

15 IS a very young age. If you are already lifting and running you should be in good shape.
